Swasth Aahar: Aapko poshtik aahar lena chahiye, jo sabhi poshak tatvon ko samete ho. Phal, sabjiyan, daal, anaj, doodh ke utpadan aur hari sabjiyan aapke bhojan mein shamil honi chahiye.
Vyayam: Niyamit roop se vyayam karna bhi bimariyon se bachav mein madadgar hota hai. Din mein kam se kam 30 minute tak vyayam karein, jaise ki chalna, yoga, ya anya physical activities.

Poshan Se Suraksha: Bacchon aur garbhvati mahilaon ke liye poshan ka vishesh dhyan rakhein, kyunki unki immune system kamjor hoti hai.
